Coach & Athletes Development Education

We understand that maltreatment can be a progression and that even well-intentioned coaches may have gaps in their development that could lead to issues. With the rise of cyberbullying and online communication challenges among athletes, we also offer education on the risks of social media and safe online interactions. Our development education, grounded in real cases and scenarios, focuses on prevention by equipping you with tools for safe and effective coaching and participation.

Guard the Goal: Safe Sport Training for Administrators & Management

Sport administrators and board members are the key players responsible for championing Safe Sport within their organizations. It's essential that the strategies discussed in the locker room align with those in the boardroom, ensuring a seamless game plan for consistency. This alignment guarantees that administrators, coaches, and athletes are all working from the same playbook. Our administrator-level education program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the current landscape, showcase best practices from other organizations, and outline the minimum standards we deem essential for all-from high-performance squads to grassroots teams. Think of it as the rulebook for creating a safe, supportive environment where everyone is on the same team.

Sanctioning Education

At Generation Safe, we focus on reformation through education, aiming to provide all participants with opportunities to learn, grow, and transform behaviours that may have led to sanctions. Our approach is designed to help individuals understand and address their actions, fostering personal development and positive change.
